Engineer
- you can learn a lot with the hectic nature of the projects - WFH is entirely in the team lead's discretion - good colleagues - decent facilities in office
- old technology, quite slow for growth - BA team is mishandled since a lot of people come in and go and they need to relearn client requirements and application knowledge - a lot of office politics - if a certain employee from product team don't like you then your career will end there and its time to move on - HR will defend that product team employee because of seniority for some reason lmao - bonused promised by CEO himself last year, then he says its delayed for 2 months then complete silence. And 1 year later finally get. And some people dont get it even

- Everything is urgent, which overwhelms you with workloads - Salary is not competitive and as of recent years have had no salary increment - Very minor amount of employee is a bit toxic - Not exploring latest technology which locks you out of hands on experience on a newer technology
