I've worked in a few agencies so far. Overall good work environment with supportive leaders and colleagues. Hybrid schedule is very accommodating (3 days office, 2 days WFH). You get real exposure to clients, presentations, and projects that actually make an impact for big brands.
Just like most agencies, workload can get heavy during peak periods.

Tbh i dun find much pros of the company. but its a small yet expanding company. Definitely have its opportunity they can offer
High turn over rate. Boss is quite political and likes to bias. He will purposely tells you some confidential things which will definitely spark up some politics. Tbh it's quite toxic in my opinion

Wonderful colleagues — especially May Ann, if she’s still with the team. The small and cozy environment made day-to-day work enjoyable, and the team had great camaraderie.
Unfortunately, leadership doesn’t match the warmth of the team. The boss lives by “fake it till you make it,” and it shows. I was let go with the excuse that the company “couldn’t afford to pay me” — just after being told I’d be hired full-time following one more month of probation. It felt like deliberate misdirection. To make matters worse, I later learned that new employees were hired just three months after my departure. This wasn’t just a job loss — it triggered a period of career depression for me. I genuinely believed this was the right fit, and I had invested emotionally and professionally into the role.
