The owner is good and very far sight. Has good vision and mission. Office strategic located at SS15. No worries to goes hungry as lots of food selection nearby.
Aside the owner, the rest of the management team were very bad. Lots of politics internally and micro manage. Managers here prefer on favouritism rather than giving recognition of those performing staff.
Good salary and benefits for permanent staffs Provide and encourage trainings
Politics in here is bad, people talk behind each other backs and suddenly you got warning. If you messed up, be prepared to get scold on.

local company which must remove shoes in the office. Just hardware vendor and old business model and not challenging work environment

Favoritism in management approach, very autocratic, increment not based on performance but based on favouratism. It is sinking boat, trying to stay afloat, however the management is not far sighted to safe the situation. Dead weights in the operations. Does not value work life balance.
Had a fantastic time working here. My sales manager always had my back, wanted the best for me, never gave up on me. The team was fantastic, collaborative environment. Work hard played hard. Never a dull moment being here. Best part, i still visit everyone in the office time to time.
