Systemizer Technic Sdn Bhd Employee Reviews & Ratings

Aside the owner, the rest of the management team were very bad. Lots of politics internally and micro manage. Managers here prefer on favouritism rather than giving recognition of those performing staff.

Politics in here is bad, people talk behind each other backs and suddenly you got warning. If you messed up, be prepared to get scold on.

no cons on this company

For now cant find any

local company which must remove shoes in the office. Just hardware vendor and old business model and not challenging work environment

I moved because I need better salary

Favoritism in management approach, very autocratic, increment not based on performance but based on favouratism. It is sinking boat, trying to stay afloat, however the management is not far sighted to safe the situation. Dead weights in the operations. Does not value work life balance.

None to say. Give me a chance, id definitely go back to work here.

high turnover because staff got better offer after develop skills in the company
