Pros

My personal take: - Interview process was a breeze. - Direct exposure to top players and partners within the industry - Hybrid setting - Good direct working relationship with the CEO ( Decision making is fast) - Autonomy to make justified decisions - Commissions are paid monthly - Young vibrant colleagues with a fresh perspective

Cons

- Work load may be overwhelming at times ( depending on your stress tolerance) - Career path can be clearer/ more definitive - Salary is on the lower end relative to market rate
