Pros

- Proper training provided for those entering interior design industry for the first time, even get to learn about E-Commerce and CRM and data entry apps - Fun and lively work environment - Most co-workers are very interactive and gets along well with each other - Wide opportunity to advance to other positions in other departments - Very extensive and useful work benefits such as insurance, annual medical claims and retail discounts with partnership brands - No micromanaging and quite a young vibrant team leaders - Incentives given when we generate sales or do live-sessions - Beautiful, unique and aesthetic office - One role allows you to learn about multiple different tasks and new things are always being learnt throughout the job

Cons

- Quite big load of tasks when introducing new brand or setting up new center - The compensation should reflect the amount of tasks and workload that the employee is handling - Travel allowance is not sufficient for employees staying further from office, especially because it needs to cover tolls, fuel and even parking now. - No annual bonus, should have so that would make employees feel appreciated for their hard work - No proper rest/break area, pantry is quite small and limited seatings - Some work areas/seats are a bit too unique that it isn't very comfortable as comfort was not prioritized

Pros

Great perks for an SME of 200 over employees and great culture from the big bosses themselves. They are open to improvements within the system and also pivoting in ways that can benefit the whole group.

Cons

Rapid expansion and quite a number of turnovers in order to chase targets and KPI. A number of senior talents leaving as well as there are limited vacancies for career growth.

Pros

i. Culture & People: The Mogster environment is genuinely fun and friendly. It’s a supportive team where people actually enjoy working together.ii. Autonomy: No micromanagement here. As long as you hit your targets, you have the freedom to manage your own time.iii. Flexibility: The flexible working hours are a huge plus, which helps balance out the fact that we often have to sacrifice weekends for client meetings.iv. Clear Vision: The company has a very clear sense of direction and mission, which makes it easy to understand where the business is headed.

Cons

i. Lead Quality vs. Target: There is currently a disconnect between the marketing leads and the company's premium direction. Many leads have budgets that don’t align with the our pricing, making conversion rates difficult and hitting quarterly targets a challenge.ii. Weekend Commitment: While hours are flexible, be prepared to give up most of your weekends since that is when clients are available. iii. Commission Structure: The commission isn't as high as some external sales roles because we have a steady basic salary. You really have to over-perform to see a significant payout.

Pros

Culture here is great and even better when you have colleagues around you that are helpful all the time. Office is great, very aesthetic and inviting, make you want to go to office everyday. Employee benefits are great too

Cons

Frequent organizational and system updates sometimes create ambiguity, given that corresponding processes are not always fully developed prior to rollout.
