A HR department could greatly benefit the company. Many of the issues would've been resolved then. Serious overtime (more than 5 hours) on most days, heavy workload (understaff), toxic work culture (bullying and forming small circles), and unorganised management structure. Overall the pay is not worth for the amount the mental and physical work you have to put into working here, hence the headline.
