Pros

1. a chill and fun work environment that encourages creativity and productivity 2. diverse clientele for professional growth and portfolio development, from small startups to established brands 3. the fast-paced nature of the work can be challenging for some, but it offers opportunity for rapid learning and skill development 4. encourages independence and problem-solving abilities since employees are often put into a position to take responsibility for their work and look for creative solutions 5. great place to build relationships and network with colleagues - you will often find yourselves learning from each other and broadening your horizons

Cons

1. it can feel like you're kind of left to figure things out on your own. While this can be good for developing independence, it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. It would be great to have more guidance and support from the higher-ups 2. would be nice to have some proper professional training 3. the work can get repetitive after some time

Pros

To be honest, other than you can learn a lot of things here (because you need to handle all the tasks by yourself), nothing is good here.

Cons

Think twice before you accept the offer. Low paid, no work-life balance, stress, and a toxic environment. From the moment I joined the team, it became abundantly clear that the company was plagued with a persistent shortage of staff members. The workload was overwhelming, and it seemed like we were constantly playing catch-up, struggling to meet deadlines and satisfy client demands. It resulted in an unhealthy and stressful work environment, with existing staff members frequently burning out due to the excessive workload. Also, I was sorely disappointed with the upper management. The lack of proper guidelines and direction made it incredibly challenging to understand my job scope and deliver what was expected of me.

Pros

young team (could be a con as well depends how you look at it) gen Zs would vibe pretty well nice office environment supportive bosses that do listen to your advice and suggestions if you take initiative, then things would kinda happen kinda messy structure but thats expected with a small growing team but they're cleaning it up which is good good for fresh grads who are keen in learning the ropes in a creative agency quite a good amount of opportunities to express creativity okay environment for new managers to learn the ropes in managing Gen Zs cus a majority of the company is Gen Zs pretty decent list of clientele so you get to work with big brands and work on big campaigns good for taking on new roles, pushing your comfort zone and doing different projects since the company is small, you really get to manage stuff from 0 to 100 as long as you're willing to learn and do the work which tbh is great for your resume - but dont worry, there will be people to help you, you just need to ASK and people will be willing to help. if youre afraid of asking, nobody will notice youre doing all the work cus everybody is busy with their own stuff.

Cons

if youre used to agencies with proper structure and systems, this place aint it. the company is in the process of implementing structures and systems so expect many changes, trials and errors because they're still in the process of finding what works best for the team not too sure if this is a con but - if you're a seasoned employee in the industry, you would need to work alongside with people who have almost no background in the industry or whom are really fresh so you can't expect them to know what you think are "basics" since not everybody here has a corporate background and are fairly young, occasional gossips may happen but as long as you dont get involved and know how to not pick a fight and just brush things off, you'll be fine almost no proper training for freshies because theres not enough seasoned employees who would be able to properly carry out a training for fresh grads and new employees - meaning that freshies would really need to be aware of their own tasks, take initiative to ask questions and be hands on to learn non-mandarin speaking people may encounter language barriers but the company is aware and is starting to take initiatives to change this the bosses are nice and friendly but they're also learning the ropes on how to manage a growing team so some oversight of the team may happen in short, good initiatives have been taken into consideration to improve and grow the company, however they're still in progress so new-joiners would need to adapt to a system that could change pretty easily and take initiative to give suggestions, ask questions, get clarifications etc oh and... very limited benefits. oh and, your leaves are pro-rated according to how many months you're there meaning.... so say goodbye to going on short getaways in early of the year or during non-peak season. if you wanna go on a vacation, you needa NOT USE any of your leaves until like the end of the year unless you have carryforward from the year before. BUT carry forward leaves must all be utilized before march for some reason. parking is difficult in the current office. you need to use your own laptop and no additional compensation is given. if you are a designer, you need to use your own softwares. they also use a clock-in clock-out system which is a little odd for a small, young, creative agency.

Pros

I have had a fantastic experience working with this company even though I'm less then six months in the company. The company provides ample opportunities for learning and self-improvement, actively encouraging employees to attend training. The company fosters a lively and engaging work environment that feels more like a party than an office. When your experience totally from corporate world and stressful environment, you must try working in this type of culture and vibe. The positive vibe and culture at the company are truly remarkable. The company also always organizing special occasions every month to encourage staff participation. Recently the management arranged "Buka Puasa" at Aloft Hotel KL Sentral. Decision-making is swift, and the management team is open to employee suggestions for improvement. In term of work-life balance varies depending on the role, but the company promotes effective time management and even offers a 4-day office and 1-day work-from-home policy. The staff also can select own preference working time 8.30am or 10 am. There is no discrimination within the company, with equal opportunities given to all employees to showcase their individual strengths. This company is the perfect place to learn and grow with develop career to next level stage, whether you are a fresh graduate or with work experience.

Cons

The company's emphasis on providing freedom to team members is well-intentioned and geared towards employee satisfaction, it may sometimes lead to challenges in terms of maintaining structure and accountability within the organization. This could be seen as a potential area for improvement as the company continues to grow and evolve. I believe it stems due to the industry and moreover now Gen Z , their do not like to follow rules ( SOP ) . Hehehe :)

Pros

- Fun team to work with! Most colleagues are friendly and helpful, which creates a positive office culture and strong team bonding. - The work culture & environment isn't like typical corporate setting - No office politics (so far, haha), as the company doesn't have a rigid hierarchy structure like typical corporates, able to work with peace of mind and focus on work and career growth. - Bosses are open-minded and approachable. They’re always up for discussions, proposals, and listen to opinions. - There's no micromanaging here. If you're self-disciplined and independent to deliver the result, you can thrive. Personally, I find this great for self-development and independence - The office interior is nice, with plenty of pantry supplies, plus point! - Budget-friendly food options around the office within walking distance.

Cons

Need to multi-task in some positions here due to the nature of the industry. It can be good for self-development when the workload is manageable, but it can get challenging during peak seasons — which, to be fair, is a norm for most of the companies. So, nothing major when it comes to workload or office culture. The only downside is that parking fees in the building are pretty pricey. You may find free parking in the nearby neighborhood, around 5-10mins walking distances, but it’s a bit of a hassle during rainy season.

Pros

To be honest, there’s more pros than cons. - If you’re looking to be better in what you do and explore new things, this is the place for you. - The management listens to your needs and wants, not to say they’ll give instantly but they’ll always talk the rationality of it which gives you the insights on how things actually works. - Management is also very hands on. - Company fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. - Opportunities for growth is definitely there as it’s a small company, so if you excel in what you do, you’ll be recognised. - Management is understanding too.

Cons

- If you get overwhelmed easily, this is not the place for you. - The gossip culture. - Benefits are limited.
