The colleague is friendly. Willing to support each other.
I was the first person to stay in this company for over a year. But in the end, the bonus I received only half month. She told me I had to “beef up” to get more bonus — I was speechless. I had to mentor more than juniors and fresh grads while handling over 10 accounts myself. And what did I get in return? “You don’t know how to manage your team.” I received the bonus during Chinese New Year. That very night, I sent in my resignation letter. After that, the boss didn’t even dare to speak to me about the resignation.
The colleague is helpful because we are all in the same boat. You will understand when you read through the cons.
1) Limitation of career advancement: If you are willing to learn from scratch, just come, and you will learn how to forever remain at the junior level. 2) Toxic management: When we have farewell dinner to someone (due to the high turnover rate here) and we don't invite management, she becomes sarcastic and tries to find out where we are going. 3) No mistake is allowed, especially if you are in a senior position. They will tell you, "You are a senior; you should give advice," but sometimes you never know what happened and get publicly scolded. 4) The turnover rate is high, so you may feel the change of companies once a month.

Honestly, nothing, except colleagues of the same level.
everything, Calls you at midnight and get upset if you don't pick up the phone call, no RL, work during MC is normal. OT is also normal. Worklife balance error 404.
Good colleague and strategic place
Overloaded with tasks, most of the day you need to work overtime. Working until 9 p.m. is normal in this company. The management team is toxic, where they will demotivated at your performance. If you go back earlier, the lady boss will question, “Why is everyone going home early today?” Hmmm, anyhow, if you don’t want to burn out and see your hair getting thinner and thinner, think twice before you enter this company.

Not at all actually, remember to think before joining this company
This company can be scam, boss is very selfish, you don't think you will get treated even you work very hard, she will say "Please work hard". Here don't have any replacement leave, she will ask you to do work even you work till midnight. Replacement leave is count on your OT maybe not. OT 4-5 hours only allows you come office late for 1-2 hours but not replacement leave! Their content is also fake, not that funny in the office, you speak one thing during the working hour, then you will get scolded. The boss is the one who conducts the "company politic", so please be careful.

Some colleagues are supportive and kind. Office location near midvalley ktm
Overload tasks and OT everyday is very normal. NO overtime pay (Time = Money) If you leave work on time, you will be targeted and given attitude. Don’t expect work life balance here. There is a culture here of playing office politics and bullying newjoiners. This behavior is ignored by management. Very high turnover. Most employees don’t stay beyond half years, and some quit within just a few days. Poor management and cultural elements make it a difficult place to grow or build a career. It’s no surprise the ratings are so low which is clear red flag. Don’t waste your time here and don’t risk.

No pros to this company besides colleagues.
If you are thinking to apply to this company, run. ‣ The boss is very arrogant. She talks to you in a very condescending manner. Micro manages the employees. Demands respect but doesn't do the same to anyone else. ‣ You can tell by the responses the management has given to the reviews on Glassdoor, that they are not willing to listen and change. You'll notice that they are very are defensive and shifts blame to everyone else but themselves. ‣ No work life balance. ‣ High turnover rate. ‣ Uncomfortable working with boss. ‣ No career advancement. ‣ Guaranteed to suffer mental health crisis.

Great colleagues and great vibes for team
Management is getting better and putting the work
-Amazing team -Friendly supportive -The people are the genuine reason to keep going
-No worklife balance -Every bits of problem you would get slammed or pinned the blame -Upper management needs some work
The colleagues are super nice people since we have the same enemy
Alright, I'm pretty sure you already read through a lot and I'm telling you right now, everything you seen in the review are TRUE. This place is a disaster, the OG of the company only here for a year and everyone else left within 3 months. I won't say the main issue is the boss since she doesn't really know anything and doesn't really have any power over everything. It's the manager that made everything a mess, the boss won't accept the fact because the manager is the only one who willing to work 24/7 so of course the boss won't do anything about it.
