This company can be scam, boss is very selfish, you don't think you will get treated even you work very hard, she will say "Please work hard". OT 4-5 hours only allows you come office late for 1-2 hours but not replacement leave! Their content is also fake, not that funny in the office, you speak one thing during the working hour, then you will get scolded. The boss is the one who conducts the "company politic", so please be careful.

You'll notice that they are very are defensive and shifts blame to everyone else but themselves. ‣ No work life balance. ‣ High turnover rate. ‣ Uncomfortable working with boss. ‣ No career advancement. ‣ Guaranteed to suffer mental health crisis.

Alright, I'm pretty sure you already read through a lot and I'm telling you right now, everything you seen in the review are TRUE. This place is a disaster, the OG of the company only here for a year and everyone else left within 3 months. I won't say the main issue is the boss since she doesn't really know anything and doesn't really have any power over everything. It's the manager that made everything a mess, the boss won't accept the fact because the manager is the only one who willing to work 24/7 so of course the boss won't do anything about it.
