- good culture to work in here - a small team, but everyone here is always helpful and nice when you need a helping hand - remote working and also flexible working hours - every week you get a chance to random group with other colleagues to chit-chat about stuff not related to work, and also a Happy Hour every Friday to relax with the team - you are always allowed to share ideas and opinions here
can't think of any bad experience at the moment

No specific cons to be mentioned about

- the best company culture I have ever worked in - positive and friendly colleagues and always willing to help others - get a lot of opportunities to explore new things and enhance software development skills - effective daily stand-up meetings no longer than 15 minutes - working remotely and flexibility for lunch hour
lack of face to face contact when working remotely

Everyone here is very supportive anytime you reach out to them. We have lots of laugh and fun times but get the job done -- which is hard to come by. The founder treats everyone equally and respect our spaces. As with any startup plus remote work, self-discipline and resourceful are the keys to be productive and successful going through your daily tasks. They take "flexibility" by the word, just communicate your needs.
Remote work is hard so you need to pull and check yourself constantly to make sure you get the job done!
- Great leader who has a clear vision for the direction of the company. - Transparency is practiced where company information is constantly shared with the whole team and everyone is encouraged to bring forward new ideas and feedback. - Working remotely saves commute time and improves work life balance. - Friendly colleagues who are supportive and knowledgeable.

Great team to work with and everyone is really good at what they do.
No cons that I can think of.
The best employer that I have met to date. He actually cares about employee's welfare, listened to my concerns and tried his best to address it. When there are conflict of interests between parties, he will not only side with clients, but step in and negotiate an acceptable solution for all parties. As the whole team is small, everyone knows each other and get along together well. All colleagues are great, friendly and helpful. There is zero politic involved. Work wise, there are good code practices and processes integrated into the development flow, so that it improves the code and product quality. The team is passionate to improve and willing to accommodate changes as long as it is for the better of the whole.
There are times when relatively tight timeline has to be met.

Talented teammates who are always available to guide me when I face roadblocks. Remote work. Forget about commuting 2 hours everyday. Spend the time you save on commuting on getting an extra hour of sleep. Management is transparent and efficient. There are no middle managers who micromanage everything. There is no corporate ladder to climb because the company hierarchy is flat. Salary range is fair and plainly stated upfront according to your skill level and responsibilities.
Remote work is great, as long as you have self discipline.
Flexible work setting, friendly yet capable colleagues, an understanding employer who is transparent with the business. Good collaborative practices and coding standards amongst dev. Tons of opportunities to grow from, and exposure to oversea clients.
Remote working is not for everyone, self discipline is important here and workload can get heavy sometimes. Being proactive in communications is crucial.
