Great colleagues, great chance to grow internally, helpful nature
Extremely poor management from the higher ups, constant changing of SOP's, poor pay, poor communication, a lack of accountability, poor leadership, lack of direction.
Helpful colleagues, wholesome culture, alot of learning experiences
Workload too much, paid too little

Colleagues generally awesome, it lights up your mood when you're dealing with stress & you have a community you can rely on. Job wise are okay, able to execute. Compensation pretty ok for me.
High turnover & management just don't care since 'everyone can be replaceable'. Management just doesn't give a damn about retaining employees & keep up with good work quality to clients. Once you've messed up, they'll give you hell like there's no tomorrow instead of guiding the correct way to fix the mistakes.
people are supportive, and there's teamwork. everyone is always willing to help each other out. the pay is decent, but the benefits and welfare are above avg.
the lead of operations is quite condescending in her tone. maybe it's just her? other than that, generally chill.
