- Fast learning curve to pick up tasks - WFH, but it doesn’t apply to people who prefer to work in the office
Cons
-Redundant SOPs add to the workload, and it’s still increasing -Following these SOPs often makes simple tasks more complicated and delays the work. -There are unspoken rules to start your day earlier than what your contract states, and OT is a common practice here -The boss may call you at any time regardless of boundaries, and you’re required to bring your work phone during weekends. -As an agency, there is no mutual support from certain production teams. You are constantly blamed for being “not qualified” for your job, while some production leads repeatedly tell you what you cannot do without offering solutions—despite knowing that you’re the one who needs to answer to the client. -The way the boss encourages “transparency” is shady, as he only practices it at his disposal. Sometimes you'll only found out things from other colleagues or you’re not CC’d on emails that involve you. Side note: he encourages healthy internal communication, yet does not apply it himself. -The boss is a boss, definitely not a leader. When you’re stuck in a difficult situation, he tells you to fix it and find a solution on your own—which is good—but when things go wrong, you’re the one who gets judged for handling it that way
