Pros

- Fast learning curve to pick up tasks - WFH, but it doesn’t apply to people who prefer to work in the office

Cons

-Redundant SOPs add to the workload, and it’s still increasing -Following these SOPs often makes simple tasks more complicated and delays the work. -There are unspoken rules to start your day earlier than what your contract states, and OT is a common practice here -The boss may call you at any time regardless of boundaries, and you’re required to bring your work phone during weekends. -As an agency, there is no mutual support from certain production teams. You are constantly blamed for being “not qualified” for your job, while some production leads repeatedly tell you what you cannot do without offering solutions—despite knowing that you’re the one who needs to answer to the client. -The way the boss encourages “transparency” is shady, as he only practices it at his disposal. Sometimes you'll only found out things from other colleagues or you’re not CC’d on emails that involve you. Side note: he encourages healthy internal communication, yet does not apply it himself. -The boss is a boss, definitely not a leader. When you’re stuck in a difficult situation, he tells you to fix it and find a solution on your own—which is good—but when things go wrong, you’re the one who gets judged for handling it that way

Pros

1. Hard Work Is Truly Recognized One of the biggest strengths of this company is how it acknowledges effort. Contributions don’t go unnoticed—whether it’s extra hours, teamwork, solving tough problems, or consistently delivering quality work. Appreciation comes in many forms: verbal recognition, opportunities, and trust from the management team. 2. Strong Learning Curve There is always something new to learn here. The company provides exposure across different tasks, encourages skill development, and supports employees in taking on challenges. You get hands-on experience and the chance to improve quickly. For anyone who values growth, this environment is ideal. 3. Good Work-Life Balance The work expectations are clear and reasonable. Overtime is not the norm and is only required when absolutely necessary. The company respects personal time, which helps to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. This makes it much easier to stay motivated and avoid burnout. 4. Supportive and Understanding Boss Management plays a huge role in shaping the work culture, and the boss here is genuinely kind, approachable, and understanding. Feedback is delivered respectfully, and guidance is always available when needed. There is trust, flexibility, and a sense of fairness that makes working here enjoyable and stress-free.

Cons

Require to work OT during peak season but which is fine as there is replacement leave

Pros

-Quick exposure to tasks -Helpful colleagues, even when 100% staff worked from home -Pay was decent -10am–7pm working hours could suit those who prefer starting later in the day -Decent office environment

Cons

-Lack of structured onboarding The onboarding covered basic introductions and task overviews but lacked structure, pacing, and a clear learning timeline. Colleagues were helpful when approached, but without proper guidance from direct management, it was difficult to adjust confidently. -Unrealistic expectations within a short timeframe Expectations shifted quickly, and termination was mentioned within the first few days. Accountability matters, but expecting full understanding of company processes so soon was unrealistic and discouraging. -Challenging environment with minimal guidance I genuinely started to enjoy the job, but constant anxiety about “messing up” and facing threats made it hard to stay confident. Feedback often created stress rather than motivation. -Leadership approach misaligned with healthy work culture It’s contradictory when employees are told to take accountability, yet management dismisses their approach as “just their way.”
