unbalance lifestyle, low salary, break the promise

Bad Management, Bad Culture, Bad Salary, Not work life balance, forced to do out of scope works

Management demonstrates poor time planning and limited respect for employees' time with last minute meetings and will pester you after working hours. Very rude and dismissive communication with staffs and boss doesn't take any suggestions from employees. Workplace culture is is highly micromanaged including daily reporting has to be done. You cannot question them anything regarding the 'questionable' HR laws by company, then they will start to get angry and attack you. Forced Annual leaves are compulsory to be taken by staffs during company closures and you will be questioned to use your own holidays. There are no benefits. Please don't believe them. Turnover is VERY high. Bosses are husband and wife with too much of conflicts. No clear communication and will simply switch words. PLEASE RUN.

- Never have good communication between husband and wife during work. - Try to control everything in the company, even new projects based on her husband - Salary has no increase and work keeps increasing. - The most toxic person in the office never takes care of the emotions, and always blames the staff first.
