People in the company are generally helpful/ friendly, the environment is generally good, but I'd say if there is good there must be something bad. (May vary depending on departments)

Don't expect much from the pay, that's probably why the environment is a pro. Just remember if you're not satisfied with the pay don't waste time and test the outside market.

It was a good journey with WDM Sungei Way. Sad to see the plants had to move to Thailand.
