1. The culture is sick, full of toxic and negativity. The owner brings his own personal relationship matters into the company, makes the whole management messy. 2. Poor remuneration package for employees because they not willing to pay for staffs. 3. Love to blame employees for whatever things. They never reflect on their own but only blame to staff. 4. Never appreciate staff's effort and hard work. They dont appreciate loyalty staff.
