Very Low packages offer in this role. And Employees many problems faced because this low budget salary issues like Pune, Banglore,Hyderabad and Kolkata City. Pg And Room rents are very high in this type of city. And Wilp Employee package is 12k to 15k per month but room rent and pg rent is very high like 10k to 15k per month and when I add other expenses like travel cost some time any minor health issue cost in this types of issues is very common for Pg employees. So when I calculated the round figure amount approx 20k to 25k per month but employees packages are only 12k per month so I request to this amount is very less. Please think for in this type of employees
