Junior mentor
Great team to work with. Knowledgeable team. At first, I wanted to have a job where I can learn more about teaching, I feel like Cosmotots is one of the better teams to grow your teaching experience.
Nothing Much, Just pressure from the students side as we need to monitor them everyday .

1. Good platform - opportunities given to grow 2. Good support system - platform to voice out challenges and guidance are given 3. Good environment - no gossip and friendly colleagues
1. Work life balance - need to know how to plan out your time/tasks, can ask for an extension with a valid reason from your superior 2. Need to be more resilient when you want to grow as it is performance based company

Teacher/mentor
Good colleagues (who all eventually left)
-Strange cult-like culture surrounding the CEO -Wringing the mentors further from already very busy schedules -If they want to retain you, they'll use all sorts of manipulation tactics from baiting you with "potentially" higher pay, saying that other places are bad, threatening you, etc.
