Decent pay and management is forgiving. You are needed as of 05/31/2018.
You will have a room mate, mechanics have trouble keeping up maintaining equipment. There are careless drivers who disregard road conditions which leads to damage to equipment.

You learn to budget when you barely make a thousand a week, have to buy groceries and live in a closet
Your check will continuous go down. You will be crammed in living quarters with another 6 guys. The equipment is dangerous. One had the front axle held on with a bungie strap ,another had nothing holding on the steering column. The computer used is usually broke or missing the cords, you can't always contact night dispatch because they're asleep. The supervisor talks bad behind others backs. Its just a nightmare

Horrible equipment; poorly managed; drivers run the equipment like they stole it with total disregard as to the damage they cause to the equipment. Unsafe practices all around.
