WFH wins on autonomy and commute. Hybrid on collaboration and visibility. Hybrid 3/2 is the sweet spot most prefer.
The 3/2 hybrid is the sweet spot only if the 3 in-office days are actually collaborative. Otherwise it is commuting for nothing.
Full WFH gets lonely faster than people expect. Scheduled social touchpoints need to be deliberate or isolation creeps in.
