What happens to your EPF if you resign before vesting?

Your own contributions (11%) are always yours. Employer contributions are also fully vested immediately — EPF belongs to you regardless.

EPF flexibility on withdrawal changed after 2023 policy updates. Always check the latest KWSP guidelines before planning.

Voluntary EPF contributions above your statutory amount qualify for additional tax relief. Double benefit worth using.
