Wrist RSI from bad keyboard angle, lower back pain from a dining chair. Fixed with: wrist rest, laptop stand + external keyboard, lumbar support. Spent RM400 total. Worth every ringgit.

Wrist RSI from WFH is an epidemic nobody talks about. Ergonomic keyboard and mouse investment is essential.

Stand every 30 minutes. I set a recurring reminder. Simple and you feel the difference within a week.
