Level 1 pass rate around 40%. Worth it if you want asset management, research, or global finance roles.
CFA Level 1 curriculum is also excellent as a finance foundation even if you do not complete all three levels.
The pass rate makes it a credible signal. Employers know you had to grind for it, they respect that.
