Role Summary
The Production Cell Leader 4 is responsible for leading a process team in the manufacture, assembly, repair, or modification of products. This role requires effective problem-solving and team leadership to ensure high-quality production output in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will perform moderately complex tasks while overseeing a team dedicated to production processes. You will monitor team performance and ensure that production goals for quantity and quality are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production cell team to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team member performance to ensure quality output.
- Resolve problems and make recommendations within the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure adherence to product quality and soldering specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Address issues in the assembly process and with assembly components.
Job Requirements
Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.
High school diploma and additional courses after high school.
Four to five years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of board assembly process and product process flow.
More advanced manufacturing system knowledge.
