Job Description
The Production Cell Leader 7 is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated production cell within the manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of direct reports to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. You will coordinate workflows, monitor equipment efficiency, and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure the seamless delivery of complex hardware solutions for global clients in sectors such as Aerospace, HealthTech, and Energy.
Job Requirements
Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in production operations, specifically within a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and operational safety standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Proven ability to meet production deadlines and quality metrics in a high-pressure environment.
Must be willing to work on-site at the Kulim facility.
High level of accountability for all assigned duties and responsibilities.
