Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L). Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, while also addressing any discrepancies that may arise. This position requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles to support the company's financial health.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
