Account Executive – Lian Gang Logistics Sdn Bhd

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts to ensure the company's financial health. This role involves collaboration with various departments to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

As an Account Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and records. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L).
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with various departments for timely processing of financial transactions.
• Address discrepancies in financial records as they arise.
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance.
• Provide support in financial analysis and budgeting processes.
