The Account Executive is responsible for managing a full set of accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. This role plays a crucial part in the financial health of the organization by overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

In this role, the Account Executive will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations and timely financial reporting. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with auditors and management to maintain financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including SST submissions.
• Collect outstanding debts in a timely manner.
