Account Executive – IPS Software Sdn. Bhd.

The Account Executive will oversee account management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely collections, and compliance with statutory requirements while collaborating with various teams to support financial analysis.

The Account Executive will manage a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, while ensuring accurate bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, coordinating with auditors, and maintaining proper documentation. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, forecasting, and assisting management with financial analysis and reporting. Timely collection of outstanding debts is essential, along with compliance with statutory requirements such as SST submissions.
