Job Description
The Accounting and Finance Executive is responsible for independently managing full-set accounts, costing, inventory accuracy, and financial reporting. The role requires a structured and analytical individual who can efficiently close month-end accounts, reconcile multi-channel sales, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
Proven capability in full-set accounts and month-end closing.
Hands-on experience in inventory costing and COGS computation.
Experience in reconciling multi-channel sales such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and POS.
Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment.
Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Required Mandarin skills for daily communication with suppliers and reviewing financial documents.
Required English and Bahasa Malaysia skills for internal communication and reporting.
Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, and Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
