Role Summary
The Accounting and Finance Executive is responsible for independently managing full-set accounts and financial reporting. This role requires a structured and analytical individual who can efficiently close month-end accounts and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and inventory management. You will work in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment, collaborating with various teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-set accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Close month-end accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile multi-channel sales from platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and POS.
- Conduct inventory costing and compute COGS.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with suppliers for daily communication and financial document review.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
Proven capability in full-set accounts and month-end closing.
Hands-on experience in inventory costing and COGS computation.
Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
