Accounts Associate I – Genting Malaysia Berhad

The Accounts Associate I - Credit Control is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely cash flow. This role involves monitoring overdue payments and maintaining accurate records of customer communications in a dynamic financial environment.

In this position, you will assist in managing customer accounts by following up on overdue payments and posting collections. You will work closely with the senior credit control team and engage with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing customer accounts by chasing overdue payments.
• Post collections to ensure timely cash flow.
• Monitor outstanding customer invoices via phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment agreements.
• Post incoming payments and reconcile accounts in the accounting system.
• Liaise with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes.
• Support the senior credit control team with daily tasks and reporting.
