The role ensures that all income from rooms is accurately recorded in accounting records and involves preparation of daily sales journals and exceptional reports. The associate also prepares reconciliations and analyses for various ledger accounts, reports breaches of internal control procedures to the Assistant Finance Manager, and liaises with operational personnel on income audit variances. Additionally, the role includes maintaining document control and office upkeep within the section.
