As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL). Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and assisting in month-end closing processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, while also addressing any discrepancies that arise. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
