As a Homestay Operations & Maintenance Technician specializing in air-conditioning, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests through effective maintenance and technical support. Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations
Proficient in air-conditioning systems maintenance and repair
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if required
