The Accounts & Finance Manager is responsible for managing full-set accounts and financial reporting for operations and projects. This role involves leading budgeting, cost control, and compliance in an overseas environment, acting as a key liaison between international operations and headquarters.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the financial aspects of construction projects and manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-set accounts and financial reporting for operations and projects.
- Lead construction budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Oversee CAPEX tracking and manufacturing costing.
- Conduct inventory analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Act as the key finance liaison between overseas operations and HQ.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
8-10 years’ experience in construction/project accounting.
Manufacturing costing exposure.
Experience working overseas or in emerging markets.
Independent, hands-on, and adaptable in a remote environment.
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
Exposure to ERP systems.
Portuguese language skills are a plus.
