The Accounts & Finance Manager role involves leading financial operations for a large-scale manufacturing project in Angola. This position offers international exposure and the opportunity to shape finance operations from the ground up.
Job Description
As the Accounts & Finance Manager, you will manage full-set accounts and financial reporting for operations and projects. Your responsibilities include leading construction budgeting, cost control, and CAPEX tracking, as well as overseeing manufacturing costing and inventory analysis. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and act as the key finance liaison between overseas operations and HQ.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred
8-10 years’ experience in construction/project accounting
Manufacturing costing exposure
Experience working overseas or in emerging markets
Independent, hands-on, and adaptable in a remote environment
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage
Exposure to ERP systems
Portuguese language skills are a plus
