The Executive/Senior Executive in Finance is responsible for managing a full set of accounts and preparing monthly financial statements. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supports the financial health of the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, working independently to manage accounts and prepare financial reports. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure accurate financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Verify invoices.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Liaise with auditors.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
