Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve preparing customer statements, reconciling revenue, and issuing letters of demand. You will work closely with various internal teams to resolve disputes and provide management with periodic reports on collection performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Prepare customer statements and reconcile revenue.
- Issue letters of demand for overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve disputes effectively.
- Provide periodic reports to management regarding collection performance.

Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably in the Property industry.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Committed with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadlines.
Possess good communication and analytical skills with attention to details.
