The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within J&T Cargo. This role involves supporting store managers and overseeing various administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description

As an Admin Executive at J&T Cargo, you will engage in daily administrative tasks that support the overall operations of the company. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with store managers and government departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely payment of utilities and rent for each store.
  • Handle business license matters with government departments.
  • Assist store managers with contract issues.
  • Manage administrative inventory and procure items for stores.
  • Oversee onboarding for new employees.
  • Assist in managing maintenance costs.
  • Organize company events.
  • Undertake various administrative duties as directed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

At least 1–2 years of administrative or operations support experience.

Detail-oriented with good accuracy in handling documentation.

Proficient in Malay and English; Mandarin preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
