Your responsibilities include organizing a filing system for confidential documents, collating expenses, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. You will also manage calendars, draft professional emails, and handle customer service paperwork. Training will be provided by senior team members to enhance your skills and support your development in this role.
Min. qualification of SPM and above
Proven work experience in an administrative role
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Attention to detail and proactive approach
Experience with virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Teams
