Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential support to the Entrepreneur Programme (EP). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth administrative operations and enhancing member engagement.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in various administrative tasks that support the Entrepreneur Programme, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will assist with member onboarding, track payments, and support lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with member onboarding processes.
  • Track and follow up on membership payments.
  • Identify and organize potential member leads.
  • Support lead generation activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Communicate effectively with members regarding their inquiries.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates or 1-6 years of experience in administrative or programme support roles.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable handling documentation and following up with members.
