Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing production support and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance agency technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production support and ensure smooth operations.

- Support the strategic development of Agent Recruitment and Financing applications.
- Deliver technology initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Analyze and report on system performance and user feedback.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance distribution and agency processes.
Hands-on experience with agent recruitment and reporting systems.
Proven track record in delivering complex core and digital projects.
Certifications such as LOMA or relevant system/application credentials are a plus.
