Role Summary
The Agency Innovation & Technology Consultant is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational development of agency technology platforms. This role involves driving system enhancements and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes through digital solutions in an Agile environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing production support and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance agency technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive system enhancements for agency technology platforms.
- Manage production support and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes through digital solutions.
- Support the strategic development of Agent Recruitment and Financing applications.
- Deliver technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Work within an Agile environment to facilitate project delivery.
- Analyze and report on system performance and user feedback.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance distribution and agency processes.
Hands-on experience with agent recruitment and reporting systems.
Proven track record in delivering complex core and digital projects.
Certifications such as LOMA or relevant system/application credentials are a plus.
