The role is for a Business Systems Analyst focusing on supporting the strategic and operational development of agency technology platforms, specifically Agent Recruitment and Financing applications. The analyst is responsible for driving system enhancements, managing production support, and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives aligned with business goals, working within an Agile environment and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes through digital solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial industry, with strong knowledge of insurance distribution and agency processes.
Hands-on experience with agent recruitment and reporting systems, including implementation, support, and enhancement.
Proven track record in delivering complex core and digital projects, managing production support/BAU, and working in Agile/SDLC environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel (must-have), basic SQL, and presentation tools; familiarity with UI/UX and digital app development.
Certifications such as LOMA or relevant system/application credentials are a plus.
