Job Description
The ALign Finance (FiCoPro) Project Manager at Air Liquide Business Services (ALBS) in Kuala Lumpur is responsible for leading the deployment of the ALign Finance core model and solution across selected countries. This role focuses on standardizing and automating finance processes while ensuring full business integration. The project manager will coordinate closely with regional program directors and report to the APAC GBS Finance Director and the Group GBS Finance GPO.
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in finance and some experience in project management.
Strong working knowledge of finance and controls.
Previous ERP deployment experience.
Exposure to the Asian market.
Experience collaborating with diverse departments and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of management and the organization.
High level of initiative and a continuous desire to improve processes and performance.
Organized, adaptable team player with a strong ability to multitask.
Energetic and driven to execute under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
