
The Architectural Coordinator is responsible for engaging in the architectural design process from initial concept to detailed design. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be involved in the day-to-day architectural design activities, working closely with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all architectural elements. You will prepare design documents and navigate the complexities of design development and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Proven experience in architectural design and coordination
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
