Job Description
As an Architectural Drafter, you will participate in the day-to-day architectural design activities, contributing from the initial concept phase through to detailed design execution. You will utilize advanced drafting software to produce high-quality renderings and technical documents while participating in design reviews and revisions to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural designs. - Create detailed drawings and plans using advanced drafting software. - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Revise designs based on project requirements and feedback. - Maintain accurate documentation of design changes. - Assist in the preparation of technical documents and presentations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
