The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance and managing relationships with pharmacies in the assigned area. The role involves executing retail programs, ensuring brand visibility, and monitoring stock levels to support business growth. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in pharmacy or related sales sectors.
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sell-in and sell-out performance, executing pharmacy retail programs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the visibility and growth of brands within the assigned area. This role requires managing pharmacies, building rapport with store managers, and ensuring 100% execution of trade marketing activities, including monitoring stock levels and conducting operational audits.
Minimum 2 years experience in pharmacy/ FMCG / OTC sales — Big, Caring & retail channel experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of pharmacy operations and retail merchandising.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
Good in Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and photos/videos for store audits.
