
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance and executing retail programs within pharmacies. This role significantly impacts brand visibility and growth in the assigned area through strong customer relationships and effective trade marketing activities.
In this role, you will engage with pharmacy partners daily, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies and maintaining optimal stock levels. You will work independently while managing relationships with store managers and conducting operational audits to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years experience in pharmacy, FMCG, or OTC sales.
Good understanding of pharmacy operations and retail merchandising.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel frequently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
