In this role, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the Club at Crockfords Hotel, ensuring that service standards are met and exceeded. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality experiences to our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Club Director in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Ensure exceptional service standards for high-value and VIP guests.
- Maintain luxury service excellence throughout the Club.
- Assist in managing staff performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest experiences.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or club operations.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Multilingual ability is an advantage.
