The Assistant Cook cum Baker is responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

In this role, you will assist in various food preparation tasks, including chopping, dicing, and marinating ingredients, while ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. You will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, supporting the lead cook in daily specials and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, dicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Prepare garnishes, side dishes, and salads according to recipes.
• Cook food items while following recipes and portion control standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and monitor food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen tools.
• Assist in cleaning cooking equipment and kitchen surfaces.
