As the Assistant Director for HNW Customer Strategy & Experience, you will translate the High Net Worth strategy into a differentiated customer experience. You will identify systemic gaps across onboarding, underwriting, and claims to prioritize improvement initiatives. This role involves building structured processes and service standards for affluent clients while defining KPIs and governance frameworks to support sustainable business growth and cross-functional execution.
Degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
15 years of experience in life insurance with broad exposure across product and strategy.
Strong technical understanding of life insurance products and operational processes.
Experience in customer strategy, segment management, or business transformation.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Distribution, Product, and Operations.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into practical priorities.
Structured thinking and excellent project management skills.
