
The Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and Management in daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
The Assistant Director engages in various administrative tasks, coordinating between departments and managing essential documents. This position requires a proactive approach to support logistics-related activities and personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Languages, Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Basic to good communication and writing skills in Malay.
Communication skills and the ability to handle work emails in English.
Basic to good communication and writing skills in Chinese.
Knowledge of Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Experience as an Assistant, Administrative staff, or in Logistics is preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and Google Docs.
