The Assistant Director role involves supporting the Board of Directors and Management with daily administrative and coordination tasks in a busy office setting. The position includes responsibilities such as managing documents, arranging meetings, liaising with various departments and partners, and assisting with logistics and personnel administration.
The Assistant Director supports the Board of Directors and Management in daily administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include managing documents, contracts, emails, monitoring work schedules, arranging meetings, taking minutes, liaising with partners and internal departments, preparing basic reports, supporting logistics-related tasks, assisting in personnel administration, and performing other duties as directed by Management.
Basic to good communication and writing skills in Malay.
Communication skills and the ability to handle work emails in English.
Basic to good communication and writing skills in Chinese.
Knowledge of Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Languages, Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and Google Docs.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Careful, proactive, supportive, and highly responsible attitude.
Experience as an Assistant, Administrative staff, or in Logistics is preferred.
