It requires communication with partner companies, offering logistics solutions, and coordinating shipment processes in collaboration with operations teams.
The Sales Logistics role involves identifying and developing new customers who require international shipping services on routes including the US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Vietnam, and Thailand. The role includes compiling lists of partner companies, contacting them to introduce service pricing, maintaining existing customer relationships, consulting on logistics solutions such as Express, ePacket, Consol, Air/Sea Freight, and Fulfillment services, and handling quotations and contract negotiations. It also requires coordination with operations and documentation teams to process shipments and resolve issues, as well as preparing sales reports and market development plans on a regular basis.
Experience in Sales within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Express Delivery industry is an advantage.
Good command of English and Malay.
Must have personal transportation.
Basic understanding of import–export, customs procedures, and international e-commerce.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Energetic, proactive in seeking new customers, and able to work under sales pressure.
Preferred age range: 22–40 years old.
