
The Assistant General Manager (Group Investment) is responsible for evaluating business proposals and conducting feasibility studies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and the accuracy of corporate disclosures within a dynamic corporate finance environment.
In this role, the Assistant General Manager will engage in daily evaluations of business proposals and collaborate with various professional parties to prepare necessary documentation. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong analytical and communication skills to navigate complex corporate finance scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, CFA).
Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience, with at least 4 years in corporate finance within a merchant banking environment.
Strong knowledge of capital markets and relevant securities laws.
Excellent writing and research skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable in challenging environments.
