As the Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager, you will assist in managing the department's operations, focusing on building strong customer relationships and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities. Your role includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing feedback to staff, and preparing sales and retail-related reports to improve efficiency and performance within the team.
At least 8 years of experience in the retail industry, with 4 years in jewellery or management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Strong business sense and analytical ability
Leadership skills to coach and motivate the sales team
Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft applications
