Job Description
As an Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor, you will assist in the daily operations of the store, monitor inventory, and promote jewellery products. You will provide exceptional customer service, support your colleagues in achieving business goals, and contribute to training new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations and inventory management.
- Promote and sell jewellery products to customers.
- Provide high-class customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train new hires and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and report on inventory levels.
- Maintain the store's operational efficiency and cleanliness.
Job Requirements
Secondary level education or above.
At least 3 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Ability to work on weekends in a rotational roster.
