Job Description

As an Assistant Manager for Business Analysis and UAT, you will lead a functional team of BAs and Testers to implement operational initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end UAT lifecycle, from planning and environment readiness to final sign-off. The role involves identifying process improvements, applying AI tools for requirement interpretation and test execution, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading Business Analysis and UAT functional teams.

Strong understanding of UAT standards, procedures, and documentation.

Ability to apply AI tools and agents for requirement interpretation and test execution.

Proven track record in resource planning, task allocation, and project governance.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Ability to mentor staff, assess capabilities, and design development plans.

Experience in identifying operational risks and process improvement opportunities.
