In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end UAT lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Testers in a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a functional team of BAs and Testers to implement operational initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end UAT lifecycle, from planning to final sign-off.
- Identify process improvements and operational risks.
- Apply AI tools for requirement interpretation and test execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Mentor staff and design development plans.
- Manage resource planning and task allocation.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in leading Business Analysis and UAT functional teams.
Strong understanding of UAT standards, procedures, and documentation.
Ability to apply AI tools and agents for requirement interpretation and test execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Experience in identifying operational risks and process improvement opportunities.
